Welcome
to the website of the Andover Fairtrade Steering group. We are pleased
to be able to report continued good progress towards Fairtrade Borough
status.
As you will see from the website an ever increasing community of
businesses within the town support the Fairtrade initiative.

Andover
supports a fairer deal for the world's poorest people.
In very practical ways everyday thousands of people make a difference
through the choices that they make and simply by having their Council
Tax spent in a fairly traded way.
Many of the voluntary organisations and churches in the town
have made specific Fairtrade policy commitments. Indeed the Parish
Church has had it's Fairtrade status within the Diocese of
Winchester formally recognised.
